Mahj & Away
An Orlando mahjong events and retreats company, made readable to search engines and AI assistants so the people already looking can find it.

16%click-through rate from Google search
#2average position on Google
The work
- Visible to crawlersA catch-all rule was serving robots.txt as a web page. We fixed it and prerendered the event pages, so search engines read real content instead of an empty shell.
- Pages people search forEvent pages with URLs that say what and where, like Tim’s Wine Market Mahjong Night in Windermere, and a homepage title that names the business: Mahjong Events, Lessons & Retreats in Orlando.
- Structured for AI answersLocalBusiness schema, and blog posts tied back to one organization, so assistants know who is behind every page.
- Answers worth writingThe questions people ask AI about mahjong, grouped into the two pages worth building: how to play American mahjong, and game nights in Orlando.
AI Search Agents

The build
- DemandEvery query a client shows up for, pulled from Search Console and grouped into what people want to know.
- Content with a gatePages drafted for the gaps, then reviewed before anything is published on a client’s site.
- AI answersThe same questions asked of four assistants each week, recording who they recommend.
- The dashboardWhat search brought in, what people are asking and what to do next, live and without the jargon.
